Process Control

Uniworks Value Add ensures process control by recording all of the inputs and outputs in each batch. This data is then used to provide traceability and yield.

For low value inputs and/or outputs, the consumption and production can be calculated and then verified through stock control processes.

To capture the inputs & outputs, each item needs to be weighed and scanned into the batch.

Additional data points can be defined and recorded against a batch e.g. process control metrics like oven temperatures.

Health Certificates are supported to meet export requirements.
